The template feature serves as an inspiration for the store managers. It is designed to save well-running and frequently used campaigns as a template. The templates must first be created by the management. Then you can select one from the created pool of templates and use it for the corresponding campaign. How to get to the templates is explained in the following steps.

Step 1:

The process is similar to creating campaigns. 

To get to the editor, click on the navigation point campaigns. Now you have the overview of "Templates" / "Draft" / "Planned" / "Ongoing" and "Finished".

In the draft section you will find two buttons: "Create" and "Create from Template" (see arrow)

Step 2:

If you click on "Create from Template", you will get an overview of the already created templates. Now you can choose between several templates. This area serves as support for store managers.

Step 3:

If you have chosen a template from the pool of campaigns, just click on it and a pre-filled campaign will open. If you make changes to the template, such as customizing products in the description for your campaign, you are always able to rewrite the descriptions. 

The only thing you have to determine is the time frame and the goal of the campaign.

In order to activate the campaign, you just have to click on the button "Start campaign" and it will start from the selected start time.
