The tablet / smartphone only shows a black screen:
Check if the tablet / smartphone is connected to the charging cable and power, if not plug in the charging cable again.
If the screen with the charging cable remains black, try switching on the tablet again.
The tablet / smartphone is charging very slowly or is not responding (My profile):
If My Profile is opened for the first time, let the page load for a long time.
If the tablet / smartphone still does not respond, check your Wi-Fi. If you´ve changed your Wi-Fi, log out of the kiosk mode, insert the new Wi-Fi data and restart the app or share the new information with us. If your Wi-Fi is very slow, connect the device to LAN. If there are no problems with the Wi-Fi, try a tablet restart.
In general, a good network and strong Wi-fi reception is required for proper operation.
