Product does not appear when selected in the Create Campaign area:
Go to "Company" - "Products" and check if the product is active. Activate it if necessary.
The campaign is not displayed on the tablet / smartphone:
Check if the campaign has been started, if not start the campaign in the management cockpit.
Check in the Management Cockpit if the correct store was selected.
The campaign does not count (correctly):
If a wrong product has been selected, copy the campaign, restart it with the correct product, and delete the old campaign.
If an incorrect product category has been selected, copy the campaign, restart it with the correct product category, and delete the old campaign.
If a wrong unit (for example, a liter campaign with paragraph products) has been selected, copy the campaign, restart it with the correct unit, and delete the old campaign.
If no unit was added to the products, copy the campaign, maintain the unit for the relevant products, restart it and delete the old campaign.
Is none of this the case? Then the hardware has to be checked.
The liter campaign does not display any values:
Check if products or product categories were selected without liter. If products are stored without volume, you can correct this in "products" (simply click on the appropriate article and enter the desired volume). Recreate the campaign.
The Vendor Campaign with opponents or teammates does not start:
Inform the involved staff that all players / opponents have to confirm the campaign.
